Once an animal is chosen there are several forms that need to be completed.

- Spay/Neuter Voucher*
- Rabies Voucher
- Microchip Registration
*All animals adopted from an Animal Shelter must be spayed or neutered. Vouchers will be given to the Adopter to take to a veterinarian. There are
fourteen veterinarians that the Humane Society works with in New Braunfels and surrounding areas.
